I ordered a Valentine's Day flower arrangement and it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 13, 2025. It was not delivered by 6pm so I called them. They were very sorry for not delivering it on Thursday. They said they would have it delivered first thing on Friday 14, 2025. The flowers were delivered by 9:10 am on Friday. They actually sent two different flower arrangements and some ballons to make up for the missed delivery. That was very nice and great customer service. I will be ordering from here again. Thanks for taking care of me. Roy

Ordered these for a friend for her birthday, and she LOVED them! I appreciate the pictures before they were sent to her, and the confirmation of delivery!
